Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. designed the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Communications, and Structural systems for the new, 9,000 square foot, $1.4 million WaterColor Fire House. Designed in the same vernacular as its residential surroundings, the building serves as a landmark to the community.
