The Structural Team at Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. offers Threshold Inspection in addition to our typical construction administration services. In the role of Threshold Inspector, a member of our staff will serve as the enforcing agency in verifying that the primary structural frame and all those members which transmit loads to the primary frame are constructed in substantial accordance with the official contract documents. In this role, we will maintain a record of the progress, working conditions, observations, testing, any required action by the contractor and deviations from the official contract documents.
