The Santa Rosa State Attorney’s Office project, located in Milton, Florida, consisted of an interior build-out of the second floor area that was shelled five years earlier. This $1.6 million, 26,000 square foot project provided office space for the State Attorney, a storage area, a law library, and a suite for a future occupant. Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Communications design services for the project.
