Pensacola City Hall is a seven-story, 88,000 square foot facility that was severely damaged by wind and storm surge due to Hurricane Ivan in 2004. Our firm was selected by the City to assist in the damage assessment and then chosen to complete the $7.9 million renovation of the facility, including Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Structural systems. The result was a facility that will better serve the City of Pensacola during, and after, hurricanes in the future. In addition, a generator was installed which will allow the full use of the entire facility in the event of another disaster. Also, the structural systems were enhanced in order for the facility to comply with current codes.
