We have employed a variety of mechanical systems to meet the particular requirements of each project. High-efficiency air-to-air heat pumps, water-source heat pumps and geothermal systems have all been used with great success.

Experienced lighting designers can provide dramatic lighting with reasonable cost and minimal maintenance. Individual units are designed with lighting controls to provide an upscale feel. Our designers can include custom security, home theater, and telecommunications systems depending on the client's needs.

Our structural experience for condominiums includes both design and threshold inspection. We also provide forensic investigations and retrofit solutions for existing structures. We are intimately familiar with the issues that affect the construction along the Gulf Coast.
