Schmidt Consulting Group, Inc. provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Communications design services for this new construction project that added a sixth branch location in Pace, Florida. The 4,100 square foot building is not only the newest branch location, but is also designed to serve as the Credit Union’s back-up Operations Center with full generator power.

The building’s design allows for as much natural light as possible, establishing an open and inviting atmosphere, while maintaining security. The building also employs many energy saving features including a geothermal heating and cooling system, low “e” insulated glass, and high efficiency lighting fixtures.
